Booking Policy and deposits:

Arrival:

 Please arrive with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service. In busy periods like Summer or Christmas there may be a 2-week wait for new appointments. We advise to book in advance and to book your next infill at the end of your appointments. Lashes less than 30% left of the initial set will be charged as a new set. 

No visitors with you. No kids, no husbands, friends ... Insurance doesn’t cover any of visitors.

BOOKING DEPOSITS:

 If you are a new client you will be asked to pay a £30 deposit to secure your first appointment. This can be paid either at the time of your patch test or over the phone/via PayPal. If no deposit has been received 24 hours prior to your appointment, your booking will be cancelled. A £30 deposit is also required for all appointments of 1.5 hours or longer, i.e. Full Sets, Russian Volume Sets, or a number of shorter treatments totaling 2 hours or more.
